We carefully prepare each order to ensure it arrives safely and ready to give.

  • Shipping times vary based on location and selected method

  • You will receive tracking information once your order ships

 

Please note that during busy seasons or large order requests, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. If you have special shipping requests, feel free to contact us.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each cross is handmade, we handle returns with care and consideration.

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • We are happy to offer a replacement or exchange when appropriate

  • Items must be returned in original condition

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or bulk orders (unless damaged or incorrect)
